In our Rookie Troops Program, you identify your life purpose by increasing your self-awareness, turn it into an entrepreneurial idea and write your own manifesto. In our Master Troops Program, you design your idea and implement it step-by-step and start your own business. The program aims to transform you into a visionary entrepreneur who never gives up, thinks big, disciplined, who does not lose his motivation and has a team spirit, thanks to intensive field practices and lessons. When you successfully complete the program, you will be taken to our permanent union MEVW (Master Entrepreneurs and Venture Warriors Unit), where you can carry out joint projects with our other graduates, and you will receive a lifetime of organized support here.

VEW Master Troops

Prerequisite:

Candidates who have successfully completed the VEW Rookie Troops and do not have a serious illness sensitive to excitement can join our Master Troops.

Periods:

VEW Master Troops are opened a total of 3 times in a season.

Duration:

The VEW Master Union includes full-time and face-to-face seminars and practice over 6 weekends. 5 weekdays lasts a total of 4 days, from Monday to Thursday which includes online seminars and assignments that start after 19.45. It also includes an additional workshop process in the form of a group meeting once a week for 6 weeks. In this form, our program is 344 hours in total. A total of 44 experts are employed, including 18 mentors, 2 educational coaches, 16 consultants and 8 facilitators. It includes 126 lessons and 87 practices and spreads over a total of 3 months.

Benefit:

The VEW Master Troops allows you to implement the project you determined in the Rookie Troops step by step and in a programmed manner. It broadens your vision, increases your topological thinking ability, and provides you with all the technical equipment you need to know about entrepreneurship. It allows you to internalize the Venture Warrior philosophy and grasp the real entrepreneurial behaviors and perspective. The program aims to train master entrepreneurs who are technically competent, emotionally flexible, mentally resilient, never give up, and can think in multiple ways. During the program, participants bring their own businesses to life and write their own books.

Concrete Contributions:

At the end of the VEW Masters Troops, you will have increased your mental endurance, acquired entrepreneurial behaviors, established your dream business, learned everything you need to know technically, and published your own book.

Fringe Benefits:

Special VEW training equipment consisting of pen, wristbands, bags, textbooks and bandanas are provided, logos of participants’ projects are prepared for the agency, mass mailing and customer tracking systems are established, server and electronic business infrastructures are created, websites are set up, participants are asked to write books in their own fields and successful graduates are given participation certificates. Graduates are accepted into our permanent union, UGGS, to be supported continuously and systematically.
