Venture Warrior is the first and only interdisciplinary social entrepreneurship organization in the world. With the one-on-one support of 23 high-level mentors, 17 consultants and 9 Facilitators from different disciplines and the guidance of two professional entrepreneur coaches, it allows you to experience entrepreneurship 360 degrees and learn in depth. It raises visionary, disciplined, equipped, strong and impact entrepreneurs who make a difference. It includes extraordinary practices. You realize your own potential during the training process and make a difference with the project you reveal in the follow-up. After successfully graduating from the training, you are accepted into our community and receive lifelong support here in an organized manner.

1.) VEW is the world’s first and only interdisciplinary entrepreneurship program. It teaches you entrepreneurship from a 360-degree perspective by blending disciplines such as philosophy, physics, psychology and economics. In this way, you deepen your vision, learn to think big, and look at issues and events in a holistic and multi-faceted way. You can keep the horizons of your business idea, goals and dreams much wider, find more interesting ideas and develop much more creative solutions to problems.

2.) VEW is the only program in the world where you can determine your life purpose and turn it into a business idea. It helps you find your life purpose, helps you develop a business idea that matches it and makes you write your own manifesto with the help of an expert clinical psychologist and specially developed applications. Thus, you go far beyond motivation in your entrepreneurial journey, continue on your path with a deep passion and have the opportunity to realize yourself with your project.

3.) VEW is the only entrepreneurship program in the world that can offer the highest number and variety of courses and applications together with 190 courses and 133 execises and homework offered by its 48 expert staff. You learn everything you need to know in one go without wasting time and quickly gain the equipment you need. In addition to managerial vision and strategic perspective, it also provides you with all the technical equipment you need to grow your own business rapidly.

VEW provides you with an extraordinary educational experience with retired SAT and SAS commandos and increases your mental endurance and emotional flexibility to a tremendous level with open field applications. 5.) You do not have to have a business idea to participate in the VEW program. The program takes you from the beginning stage, first deepens your vision, then helps you find your life purpose and business idea, then writes your manifesto and then establishes your business from scratch by ensuring that you take all the necessary technical steps in order. You graduate from the program having started to make sales from your newly established business.

6.) VEW saves you from inertia with its unique discipline process, gives you a military determination, and immediately mobilizes you by ensuring that you take all the necessary steps quickly and decisively without delay. Thanks to the military and synergistic structure of the training, you immediately apply what you have learned, get results and increase your self-confidence.

7.) VEW never leaves you alone after the training process. If you graduate, you are taken into an extremely well-organized and organized graduate community and you are supported very seriously so that you can grow the business you have established here. Your growth targets are taken every quarter and these are followed meticulously. You can benefit from many paid resources for free to grow your business.

8.) VEW has a unique culture that has never been seen before. It is a very special formation with a completely different spirit and excitement with its speech, manifesto, values, oath, attire and working system. Patent applications have been made in the USA and Turkey for its unique processes and model, and the book with the same name was released by Alfa Publications in 2022.

First of all, with the extraordinary training you will receive, you will increase your awareness, reveal your true potential, expand your vision, gain great equipment and experience a great personal change and transformation in a short time. It increases your level of wisdom, instills in you a superior lifestyle and provides you with all the necessary technical equipment, allowing you to establish your own business step by step. The Master Entrepreneur Certificate and Venture Warrior Certificate given allows you to apply for a job with the status of “intrapreneur” to corporate companies. The documents you receive are accepted by various investor networks and incubation centers. Thus, the way for you to receive investment is also paved.

Real entrepreneurs focus on values ​​before money, and prioritize the excitement of the possibility of changing the world above all else. They live their lives fearlessly in line with their goals, without considering whether to be right, leave a mark, or always be remembered. They wage their wars against the social problems of the international community. They transform the philosophy of entrepreneurship into their own philosophy of life and live for the sake of self-actualization.

We call these social entrepreneurs who will change the future “Venture Warrior.” Because there is not much difference between a great warrior and an effective entrepreneur. Both set out by winning the struggle within themselves first. Both require purpose, courage, accumulation, equipment, diligence, and endurance. And both live team life to the fullest, successfully manage their emotions, control their thoughts, take responsibility under all circumstances, endure pain and pressure, and never give up on their goals.

The day we invented the wheel, we started to resist nature. The daring human species, who tried to resist natural selection and even the destructiveness of entropy with their inventions, is now rapidly moving on a bicycle without brakes and the only thing they can do is to continue pedaling faster and faster every passing day. It is now a necessity for our existence to find solutions to the world’s constantly and rapidly increasing problems with entrepreneurial projects. Of course, if we do not want to disappear due to global warming, infections or thirst…

So, where are the courageous and idealistic entrepreneurs who will find solutions to these problems with their projects?

Today, the focus of entrepreneurship centers operating around the world is mostly not people, but projects. The general approach of these centers is based on trying to grow the entrepreneur’s project rapidly with a set of general education and consultancy services, marketing it well and multiplying the capital by bringing these projects together with investors as soon as possible. However, the entrepreneur himself comes before the project, and the sustainability of life comes before capital. Because life is at the center of every business.

The basis of the rapid growth stories of the giant enterprises of the new economy is not their business ideas or business models, but their warrior-spirited teams that evaluate and direct these resources in the most accurate way. The common feature of these warriors who change the world is that they are more mature than the average person. Projects that will change the world do not come from entrepreneurs who have not reached a certain level of maturity in terms of personality and technique. Even if these entrepreneurs receive investment, they will definitely experience blockages in the future.

Our priority is not projects, but entrepreneurs. For this reason, we primarily include entrepreneurs in a very special and extraordinary training process. During this process, they redefine themselves and life, increase their awareness, gain mental endurance, expand their vision, increase their level of wisdom and carry all their technical and theoretical knowledge to a complete level. They can establish their own businesses in their simplest form before the end of the training. Thus, they set off on the road with a strong foundation. Afterwards, those who are successful in the program are accepted into our graduate community to come together with other graduates with whom they can speak the same language and share the same values, and they are supported here in an organized manner for life.

Venture Warrior aims to train and support serial entrepreneurs who are capable of bringing solutions to the world’s major problems with their projects.

Our war is not with our environment but with ourselves. With the ego we have grown inside us for years, the juggler inside us that draws us into traps, the negative aspects of our primitive brain and our limits and dogmas that limit us… According to the American SEAL Commandos, the average person lives using one twentieth of their potential. However, those who dare to reveal their full potential by pushing their limits, those who can control their emotions and those who can discover and focus on their life purpose achieve great success. For us, entrepreneurship does not only mean starting a business. Entrepreneurship means a person being able to determine their own life purpose and being able to live to their full potential by managing their emotions, thoughts and body correctly, eliminating obstacles in front of them and not giving up. For this reason, among our graduates, there are a wide range of Venture Warriors such as those who write applications, do e-commerce, do foreign trade, get promoted, start social movements, win medals in sports activities or write books. Every individual who dedicates his life to fighting for his beliefs, never compromises on his values, correctly controls his thoughts, emotions and body, can create a wide sphere of influence around him and can put social benefit at the center of his work is an Venture Warrior.

No. No funds are used in the Venture Warrior Adaptation, Troops and Master stages, which are open to individual participation. The biggest reason for this is our libertarian and independent stance. Another reason is our belief that every individual who wants to be an entrepreneur, regardless of their conditions, should be ready to pay the price. For these reasons, the program is paid and our sole supporters are the participants. Spending company profits on the personal wealth of company owners and super luxury consumption are prohibited by our internal regulations. The entire budget allocated for company profits is spent on direct investment for the purpose of developing VEW. All income and expenses are audited on a monthly basis by the authorized sworn financial advisors of the VEW Special Union and the independent auditing company and a full certification report is sent to the tax office. In addition, VEW is a signatory to the PurposePact movement it initiated.

In our program;

• You can implement a special internet project or tech startup by structuring it from scratch.
• You can create your own e-commerce site by developing an extraordinary concept for a product and start retail sales internationally.
• You can work as a foreign trade intermediary by marketing the products of factories in Turkey abroad.
• You can get the Turkish representation or distributorship of different and interesting product groups abroad.
• You can establish a store or restaurant chain.
• You can develop a global mobile application.
• You can implement an international social entrepreneurship project.
• You can achieve superior success in a branch such as art or sports.
• You can design a very different product or service and spread it globally.
• You can promote your existing startup more effectively, professionalize your infrastructure, reduce your costs, reach new customer sources faster, increase your profitability, receive investment and ultimately globalize your current business if you have one.
• By becoming an intrapreneur, you can get promoted/transferred and, over time, become a senior manager in multinational companies.

Venture Warrior is supported by important names in different sectors. These experts who have achieved resounding successes have believed in the vision, philosophy, system and future of Venture Warrior and have taken their places in our staff. In this direction, at least 80% of the mentors you see on our website provide you with personal training in each period, depending on their program availability. In addition, our mentors continue to meet with our union members one-on-one within the scope of UGGS (Master Entrepreneur and Venture Warriors Union) activities after the training process.

Our program is mainly applied by; professionals from different professions who aim to establish their own business while continuing their active working life, entrepreneur candidates who want to implement their own project, employees who want to be entrepreneurs but do not know exactly where to start, company owners who want to take their established business to a more professional level and grow it, experts working in an institution and aiming for senior management in the future, qualified experts who are looking for a job and want to develop their careers, those who aim to achieve superior success in a different branch such as art or sports, university students who are studying at university and want to expand their horizons and clarify their goals before starting their business life. Although the participant portfolio changes, the common goal of all our participants is to find their own life purpose and to combat the social problems of the world by implementing their own project in their own way.

Yes. Creating a business idea is also a part of this program. During the lessons, we determine the business ideas of all participants together. You do not need to have a business idea when you come to the program. However, if you already have a business idea, in this case, we will first sign a confidentiality agreement with you in accordance with your written request and then listen to your idea and coach you to develop it.

First, you read our website in detail and then fill out our form on our application page. A total of 22 questions await you here. It is important for us that you answer the questions carefully. If your form is found suitable, we invite you to a private interview. If your interview is approved, we offer you the opportunity to register for our first stage training.

VEW Adaptation Training is opened a total of 10 times in a season.

VEW Rookie Troosps is opened 6 times in total in a season. Only those who can graduate from the Adaptation stage can apply to the Rookie Troops.

VEW Master Union is opened 3 times in total in a season. Only those who can graduate from the Rookie Troops can apply to the VEW Master Troops.

Our quotas for each term are open to applications throughout the season and groups are closed when the quotas are full.

Yes. A significant portion of the applications consist of entrepreneur candidates who continue their active working lives but also want to start their own business or develop their careers. The program is offered face-to-face on weekends and online on weekday evenings, and active employees can participate. In addition, the Adaptation stage can be taken completely live and online, depending on preference. However, the program is carried out with applications. Be prepared to be challenged.

As the Venture Warrior, we were established to provide lifelong support to those who successfully graduate from our Master Troops and to fight shoulder to shoulder with them. That is why we support our graduates for life. Because in our opinion, entrepreneurship is a lifelong adventure and the Venture Warrior is a self-educating and self-managing institutional system established to continue its existence for centuries.

Hundreds of projects have emerged from VEW to date. We have contributed to the construction of some projects and some scratch to the development of others. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose all of them due to various confidentiality agreements. However, we have shared about 30 of them with the public as examples in our Projects tab with special permission.
