VEW Permanent Units
Being an Venture Warrior is to support for a lifetime. Those who successfully graduate from our program are admitted into our permanent unit to receive lifelong support.
Prerequisite:
Those who successfully complete the Master Unit program become a member of the Master Entrepreneur and Venture Warriors Unit (UGGS).
Term:
There is no term. UGGS is a special team of Venture Warrior graduates who come together to work for a lifetime.
Advantage:
UGGS members receive business development support on every quarter and can benefit from the services of our partner organizations in different fields.
Opportunities We Offer to Our Members:
Members can access important research from around the world by accessing, free of charge, a wide range of international paid publications to which we have corporate subscriptions.
They receive support from other members and can regularly collaborate on their projects.
They receive regular business development consultancy from our experts on their projects once a month during the season.
Union members can also reach out to the mentors through us after the training and benefit from their guidance, connections and consultancy.
In order to develop their enterprises, they can receive cost-free service from our Sarpaş subsidiaries BizDevAllStars and Hap Eğitim brands, without any profit.
Members are taken to a special 72-hour camp twice a year. Here, practices that remind us of the Venture Warrior spirit are implemented, and newly added subjects to the program are quickly taught to members. Thus, members’ knowledge and evolution levels are constantly kept up to date and at the highest level.
All our members can attend our VEW Adaptation training, the content of which is regularly updated, unlimited times free of charge.
Members can benefit from internal career opportunities to take part in VEW management.
Members of the management are given a share of the VEWA training budget so that they can develop their projects.
Prerequisite:
VEWA does not accept applications. Only members of the UGGS Unit who have shown outstanding success are specially invited. The member who accepts the invitation appears before a special committee of mentors. If deemed appropriate, then goes through a 90-day candidacy process and then unanimously becomes a full member of the union. 5% of the annual turnover of Sarpas Consultant Inc. to which Venture Warrior is affiliated, is donated to the members for the development of VEWA members.
Opportunities We Offer to VEWA Members:
VEWA members receive regular business development consultancy on a weekly basis.
Each union member receives special one-on-one support from a clinical psychologist, sports coach and dietician on a monthly basis.
All union members receive special training in their field of expertise. Members also attend special trainings horizontally.
Each member is enabled to develop a semi-professional hobby in a field of their choice.
Members play a role in the strategic decisions of VEW.
