“I knew what I was going to do, but this is where I found out how and why to do it.”
I remember the first time I encountered the training as if it were yesterday. I had always cared about the power of an entrepreneur who could think in multiple ways and evaluate different areas together to make a difference. When I saw in the advertisement that psychology, philosophy, social entrepreneurship and human focus were brought together in the same pot, I said to myself, “This is exactly what I am looking for.”
During the adaptation phase, I came across content that pushed my own limits but was also inspiring. This section, which shook me with its theoretical depth, also expanded my horizons. With the Novice module that followed, we stopped and thought: “Why am I doing this job?” This question turned our inner uncertainties into clarity; it helped us find our values and direction.
The Master Union was a real challenge. We tried to establish the simplest and strongest form of our business by touching on every detail from strategy to budgeting, from technical systems to contracts. It was difficult but real. Because entrepreneurship is a journey where abstract ideas are tested in life, sometimes lonely but always transformative.
This program provided not only knowledge but also practical experience. Most importantly, it allowed me to close these gaps, as I know how vital the lack of real-world, applicable ideas and mentorship is. In places where I felt like a wall, I encountered ideas, experiences and people who carried those ideas that guided me.
Also, coming together with people who, like me, were on their own journey and wanted to make a difference—not just getting support, but thinking and growing together—made this training unique. You cannot read about this kind of environment in any book, or buy it ready-made from any consultant.
Wherever you are in your startup—whether you are taking the first step or in the restructuring phase—this program will show you not only “what” to do, but also “how” and “why” to do it. But perhaps most importantly: It provides a compass tested by real experiences and a valuable ground where you can think together.
