Dear Venture Warrior Family,

On this path where life and labor are intertwined, one of the most important steps that gave me the courage to “transform a dream into a concrete future” was the day my paths crossed with yours.
On this path that I embarked on to establish a sustainable production model in rural areas, provide vocational training to disadvantaged youth in areas such as agriculture, food and energy, and transform this into both economic and social benefit, the Venture Warrior program offered me not only an education but also a vision, system-building skills and an inner transformation.

Each module of the program formed the cornerstones of the KEMAL School that I dreamed of.

• Disciplined field studies brought me directly to a deeper relationship with the producer, the consumer and the soil itself.

• Psychological resilience trainings developed my emotional intelligence not only as an entrepreneur but also as a leader and educator.

• Thanks to content such as strategy, business model and presentation techniques, I made my project understandable and applicable not only to the society but also to investors and stakeholders.

Before the Venture Warrior, I had an idea and an ideal. Afterwards;
• An institutionalized cooperative,
• Keklicek Valley, which has become an ecological brand,
• An experiential rural tourism center attended by young people from all over Türkiye,
• And a school whose foundations have been laid, bringing conscience and knowledge together: KEMAL.
The Venture Warrior taught me to make the sacred systematic.
It gave me the ability to transform my faith, my social responsibility and this dream that I have cultivated in the ancient lands of Anatolia from being just a “romantic” effort to a sustainable model that creates social impact.
Thank you for being a light to me on this path, for strengthening me and for making me feel that I am “not alone” in the field.
As a producer, a teacher and an entrepreneur;
