Dr. Izel Levi Coskun

Dr. Izel Levi Coskun was born in Istanbul in 1973. He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration in English and completed the MBA program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Cockun taught entrepreneurship at Marmara University between 2004 and 2014. Coskun received his doctorate from Marmara University Marketing Department with his thesis on “Corporate Sustainability”. Coşkun started his business life in 1991, gained expertise in the fields of accounting, independent auditing, tax, consultancy and internal audit. He has served as CEO and CEO of Mazars Balance since 2010. It is one of the 5 largest accounting, auditing, tax and consultancy company in Turkey. He continues his duty as Corporate Sustainability Ambassador. He sits on the boards of directors of the Turkish Industrialists’ Businessmen’s Association (TUSIAD), Business for Goals (B4G) Platform and the Turkish Informatics Foundation (TBV). Additionally, the Association for the Protection of Marine Life (DYK), Bugday, Endeavor, the Young Executive Businessmen Association (GYIAD), the Association for the Protection of Cultural Heritage (KMKD), the Turkish Family Business Association (TAİDER) and the Association of Chambers of Independent Accountants and Certified Public Accountants of Turkey. He plays an active role in many non-governmental organizations such as TURMOB. He is the husband of Sibel Horada Coşkun and the father of Serra and Lara Levi Coskun.
