We have come to the end of the training, something has passed through us, some things have blown away during this process, some have remained, some innovations have been added to some subjects and I am definitely not the same person I was when I started this training.

There had been changes in me in the first two stages of this process, they contributed but the Master Troops was really different. With the practices, homework, live meetings and even the movies we watched, it added unforgettable experiences and awareness that I will carry with me throughout my life. There is a term in psychology, “anchoring”. While we were “struggling” with what we experienced throughout the whole process, we were actually “anchored” without realizing it.

While this program was being designed, the psychological and mental parts of the work were designed so meticulously that I was amazed. At the same time, it is very well known how to place information in the mind, and it is obvious that meticulous work has been done on this subject. When you apply the program’s instructions properly and do what is necessary, in my opinion, there is no reason why you cannot reach a result. I will even go further, even if you do not see your capacity very well, I think this program can create a mentally resilient person even from you who does not trust yourself with the discipline it adds to people and the principle of doing their job completely and correctly. Of course, the program has changed a lot in 10 years, it has developed and evolved with experiences and will continue to develop. I am extremely pleased with the existence of such a platform in Turkey and it is exciting to be present in this atmosphere by contributing and receiving contributions.

Although each week is more intense than the other, I have the happiness of making new friends and friendships during this process, the pride of successfully completing this process and the hope that everything will be even better when I think about my future days. I no longer say that nothing will happen. Even in the most negative situations, there is a way out and a lesson, message and inference that we need to take. There were times during this training when I said “what is this now”, but when I look at it in its meaning, I enjoyed being in a very well-structured process and completing it.
