“I am a dynamic 43-year-old banker. During my 16 years of working life, I have received many different types of training, including leadership and coaching training due to my job. But I have never had such an experience that makes you think while tiring, and entertains you while teaching you.”

When I first saw the Venture Warrior program, I said I should be in this program. And when I finished the program, I saw how right I was.

This program showed me once again that being/being a team means achieving 50% of the way to the goal, that instead of criticizing others and trying to change them in order to change or live in harmony with ourselves, we should accept those around us as they are and realize our own values, and that everyone needs change regardless of their age group and social status, and that we should not be afraid of changing or investing in ourselves.

Becoming an Venture Warrior greatly benefited my personal development in terms of increasing my self-confidence, developing my sense of creativity, realizing my combative side and changing my perspective on events.

While being able to trust people even in all kinds of negativity and being a team leader requires a good team, the secret of a good team is close follow-up, motivation and the same showed me in practice that there is a desire to progress towards the goal.

It proved to me that there is no obstacle that team spirit, willingness and determination cannot overcome, that “EVERYTHING STARTS WITH US AND ENDS WITH US”.

Thus, I cannot help but thank Berke Sarpas, Barış Gurkas and all our other Venture Warrior mentors and trainers, who showed me the me inside me from a different perspective, and all my teammates in the Everest Union who showed us all kinds of patience, love, strength and fortitude as a team throughout this program, and made me experience the full meaning of being a team.

I am very happy and very proud to be a part of this big family.
