During the Venture Warrior process, I felt that I was exposed to very detailed and very different processes from the flow of life both in the orientation training, in the Adaptation Training and in the Master Union. Especially in the orientation training, I understood how very different areas are connected to each other and that establishing a company is actually a path and that we need very different processes and information in life during the lessons. This program, which already caught me with the emphasis on multi-discipline in the promotional film, I felt very clearly how realistic the current promotional film was during the process and how much deeper and different processes it included than what was mentioned in the promotional film. The program, which I applied for trial purposes only by entering the first process, brought me closer to itself during the process and I tried to carry out the process as much as I could until the end of the Master Union, especially because it impressed me in terms of realism and multi-discipline. In the Master Union, almost everything an entrepreneur would have was thought out in great detail and prepared and included in the training. As I mentioned at dinner on the day we graduated, we could have received these different trainings and processes on different platforms, but it would have taken a long time and I don’t think we could have afforded it financially. In addition, the people we trained were serious experts in their fields and they made us feel it. Some trainings were more useful for us to understand how much we needed after learning without knowing what we needed. Learning the processes while establishing our own business is a very creative method. As Berke Koç, who actually made this program unique, said, learning for the job within the job. It is seriously difficult to find the missing part of the program. However, if I have to criticize, some of the technical trainings I found lacking from my own perspective could be budget training, advertising training and trainings on the legal status of companies. I think these trainings could have been much more beneficial if they were extended a little more in terms of class hours and if the instructors themselves were to focus on the trainings in a more interested and relevant way, but despite everything, they taught us, who knew nothing, how to prepare a budget at a basic level. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the founder Berke Coach, who brought this program to this point by connecting the fields in a very disciplined way and creating awareness for developers, especially in terms of durability, and to Özgül Coach, who contributed a lot to us. It was an education that deserved the money it received and that I will never regret. I should also state that one of the most successful aspects of the program is that it somehow managed to include in the program, with the interviews and methods, people who think like me or who solve problems themselves, wherever they are in the country. Not even one person who comes to the program is an ordinary person and their general culture is much higher than the general average. Just being able to meet such people was a great experience. Being together with people who have achieved this type of quality education as a graduate of this program and being able to benefit from this unity will be a very valuable experience for me. Thank you for everything. On this occasion, I can say with great motivation that we are just starting out and that we will address the problems of the country in a solution-oriented manner within the unity we are in, in order to apply the awareness we have gained as graduates. Thank you, Venture Warrior.
