For me, the Venture Warrior program was more than just a training program; it was a process of getting to know myself better and rethinking many things.

When I started this journey, I had certain goals, topics I was curious about, and questions I wanted to ponder. As the process progressed, I began to see more clearly not only what I wanted to do, but also why I wanted to do it. Sometimes I questioned things I thought I knew, and sometimes I encountered aspects of myself I hadn’t noticed before.

During the training, there were moments when I stepped outside my comfort zone and faced physical and mental challenges. These moments showed me how I react when faced with difficulties, how I navigate uncertainty, and how I can redefine my direction when necessary.

Listening to people from different fields, trying to understand their experiences, and gaining a new perspective from each narrative was one of the most valuable aspects of the process. Seeing the importance of working together in team projects, benefiting from people’s experiences in different discussions, and re-evaluating what I learned each week showed me that entrepreneurship is not just about producing a business.

Entrepreneurship also requires patience, resilience, communication, observation, and a continuous desire to learn. At the end of this process, I can’t say I’ve figured everything out. However, I now know better how to ask the right questions, how to evaluate criticism instead of avoiding it, and how to move forward without deviating from my own values. I still have a long way to go, but I now bear the responsibility of this journey with greater awareness.
