For me, the Venture Warrior program wasn’t just a training process where I gained knowledge about entrepreneurship; it was also an intense experience that allowed me to look at my own business, decision-making process, and work discipline from a more realistic perspective. As someone who has started and is trying to develop their own business, I have better understood the importance of looking at a business idea holistically, not just with excitement, but also in terms of analysis, planning, prioritization, and sustainability. I experienced that a venture is not just about a good idea; it takes shape with time, effort, resilience, the right positioning, and self-awareness. One of the most valuable aspects of the program for me was that, in addition to theoretical knowledge, it also confronted me with my own limitations and habits. Sometimes I realized more clearly where I rushed, where I procrastinated, where I was disorganized, and where I needed to proceed more systematically. All of this awareness wasn’t easy; however, it was valuable in terms of putting my business on a more solid foundation. The Venture Warrior process taught me to look at entrepreneurship from a broader perspective. Not just in terms of economic results; I also started to focus more on what my work serves, what need it addresses, and how it can be transformed into something more meaningful and valuable. This process was less of an exaggerated turning point and more of a crucial threshold for making more conscious decisions about my work and myself. It was a tiring, thought-provoking, and at times challenging experience, but ultimately one that allowed me to see things more clearly. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this journey and all my fellow travelers who progressed alongside me on this path.
