The definition of difficulty is full here, but it is not foreign to me.
When I joined the Venture Warrior program, I was quite familiar with disciplined work and performing under stress thanks to the field experiences I had gained in the fields that required high responsibility that I had previously worked in. Therefore, the challenges I encountered were not foreign to me, but they were exactly as they should be.
The program has a systematic structure that tests mental endurance and requires you to take continuous action with tasks. In this respect, it clearly reveals its seriousness and goal-oriented nature. I think it is a very strong starting point for those who do not have basic knowledge about entrepreneurship.
The most valuable aspect for me was meeting people who trusted and motivated each other in such a short time. The bonds established were strong enough to affect not only the duration of the program, but also the aftermath.
The program’s slogans of “Make a difference, Do what is necessary, Make a difference” encouraged me to constantly evaluate opportunities in my life.
