‘I can say that it is a great self-discovery training. It is a very short-cut training to see that there is no limit to what you can do! When you discover yourself, it actually reveals to you why you started a venture and what you really aim for in that venture, thus helping your venture take shape!’

When I saw the advertisement of the Venture Warrior and clicked on it, I started out just curious, but when I saw the application questions, I realized that I was heading to one of the right places for me. They had prepared the questions in such a descriptive way that I felt a great excitement inside me because the questions were often more valuable than the answers. And I started the trainings by following this excitement. I immediately called Esatcan TORUN, who had a project and really wanted to work for his enterprise, with excitement, and said, ‘We found it! We found a place that will provide us with the training we need. I am sending the link right away, take a look!’ He also got very excited when he saw the structure of the formation and the eliminatory questions and applied. When I think about the training that I started with his support, the point we have reached today is truly amazing in one word! We both passed the very difficult parts in the training and graduated, and in this journey that we started as two people, we came across the 17th Master Union Orion team. First, we grew continuously with the Orion family and then with the UGGS family. And we are very happy that we have a long way to go in development, education, struggle, growth. Growth is only possible as long as you are open to receiving.

There are many valuable materials presented in the training, control mechanisms, transformation of change-initiating practices into habits and many more topics. I will never forget the excitement I felt especially when I started the master training. The excitement of rushing to complete the assignments, Ozcul Coach and Berke Coach making the way visible to you when you lost your way, their strong communication with everyone in the group, and when the time comes, discussing your project more passionately than you… Knowing that such beautiful feelings will continue at UGGS even after we have completed the training and graduated creates an emotional explosion in my mind. This team, which takes care of your project like their own children, will make you feel a sense of belonging you have never felt before.

The training blows you away with such a wind that you feel excitement, fear, happiness, satisfaction of achieving as a team and every emotion you can think of, even deep down. And it creates such a harmony that you don’t understand what happened to you until the last moment. When you finally complete the training, you stand on the ground much more firmly with the weight of the values ​​it has given you.

I believe that even people who think they don’t have an initiative should receive training. Everyone has potential inside them and they process it with your hands and produce a product. The product that comes out may be something you guessed or maybe you weren’t even aware of, but once you encounter that product, you know what to do.

And while I have been really tired of working with people who think only about their own interests and do not have team awareness throughout my life, I must say that I am very grateful to this training and organization since I have seen that team spirit still exists and that people are included in it beyond my expectations. I am proud and honored to be a part of UGGS. This formation, where everyone works with a loving and united spirit to support you, should spread to the world and will have a healing effect on humanity. I am very excited to work towards this goal and to work with everyone in every field where it is needed.
