Alp Luleci

Born in Karsiyaka in 1975, Alp LULECI completed his primary and secondary education there, then entered Naval High School in 1989 and graduated from the Naval Academy in 1997. After serving as a branch officer and section chief on various ships of the navy between 1997 and 2003, he joined the SAS Commandos by completing the SAS Special Specialization Course in 2004. Alp LULECI, who served as Team Commander, Operations Planning Officer, Task Unit Commander, Logistics Section Chief, Improvised Explosives Section Chief and Headquarters Commander between 2004 and 2019, was appointed as SAS Commander in 2019 and voluntarily retired with the rank of Senior Colonel in 2021. He was awarded 4 NATO Distinguished Service Medals and numerous mission commendation certificates during his service. Since his retirement, he has been carrying out activities such as EOD (Explosive Disarmament), IED (Improvised Explosive Devices) Security personnel training, security awareness training, physical security consultancy and stress decision-making training under the company he founded, BOLDZONE, and has been a commentator on various television channels in his field of expertise on incidents occurring around the world. Alp LULECI, who is an Explosives Engineer, also holds Class A Occupational Safety Specialist, 2 Star Diving Instructor, NATO Explosives Trainer Instructor and Basketball Coach certificates. Alp LULECI, who served in the TSK National Basketball Team for many years, speaks Advanced English, Intermediate French and German, and Basic Bosnian.
